You will engage in virtual therapy sessions, utilizing secure telehealth platforms and electronic health record (EHR) systems, ensuring efficiency and adherence to confidentiality and compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct initial assessments and ongoing evaluations of clients to determine their mental health status and specific needs.

• Develop tailored therapy plans that reflect evidence-based practices, focusing on interventions that address issues such as anxiety, depression, substance abuse, and eating disorders.

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions, applying culturally responsive approaches to care while ensuring inclusivity.

• Regularly monitor client progress through systematic follow-ups and adjust treatment plans as necessary.

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as psychiatrists and case managers, to provide comprehensive care and support for clients.

• Document all client interactions thoroughly in EHR systems, maintaining accurate and compliant records.

• Employ crisis intervention techniques, remaining calm and effective in high-pressure situations to ensure client safety and wellbeing.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse population, ranging from adolescents to adults who are dealing with various mental health challenges. Your clients may include individuals struggling with acute and chronic mental health disorders, history of trauma, addictions, or familial and relationship issues. Understanding their cultural backgrounds and presenting concerns is essential in delivering effective and compassionate care.

Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• A valid license as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in Arizona.

• Strong foundational knowledge of DSM-5 diagnostic criteria and a commitment to ongoing professional development.

• Experience with therapy modalities that effectively address a variety of mental health conditions.

Compensation and Benefits\n
