Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments for individuals, families, and groups, tailoring interventions based on the specific needs identified.

• Accurately triage incoming patient care by initiating thorough assessments and determining appropriate treatment pathways.

• Engage in regular communication with colleagues regarding treatment plans, interventions, and ongoing patient care needs, participating in virtual patient rounds and case discussions.

• Demonstrate a robust understanding of ethical clinical practices and documentation standards while adhering to departmental guidelines.
\n
• Provide case management services, collaborating with other professionals and community programs to ensure a holistic approach to client care.
\n
• Utilize evidence-based practices, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and other modalities, to support patients in realizing their treatment objectives.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will be working with a diverse clientele, including children, adolescents, and adults presenting with a range of mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and adjustment disorders. Your role is critical in fostering a therapeutic alliance with individuals seeking support, providing a compassionate and understanding environment where they can address their challenges and work towards recovery.

Qualifications\n

• Valid licensure as LMFT, LCPC, or LCSW in the State of Illinois is required.

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology is essential.

• Ability to commit to a schedule of 10 to 40 clinical hours weekly or more, depending on availability and client needs.

• A minimum of 2 years of post-graduate clinical experience in a mental health setting is necessary.

Compensation and Benefits\n
