Key Responsibilities\n

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy (SFBT), in various settings such as individual, couple, family, and group sessions.

• Provide crisis intervention services and work in tandem with other healthcare professionals, ensuring continuity of care for patients experiencing acute mental health crises.

• Maintain meticulous clinical documentation, including progress notes, treatment plans, and discharge summaries, compliant with clinic policies and applicable regulatory standards.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of psychiatrists, psychologists, nurses, and case managers to formulate and execute a comprehensive care strategy for patients.

Qualifications\n

• Successful completion of a Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Possession of a current and valid professional license as an LMFT, LCPC, or LCSW in the state of Illinois is essential.

Compensation and Benefits\n
