Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver individualized mindfulness-based interventions, including MBSR, that address clients' specific stressors and mental health challenges.

• Conduct comprehensive initial assessments to identify each client's unique needs and goals to tailor effective mindfulness practices.

• Lead mindfulness exercises, meditation sessions, and breathing techniques aimed at enhancing clients' self-awareness and emotional regulation.

• Facilitate engaging group workshops and classes focused on mindfulness, stress management, and building resilience to empower participants in their mental health journeys.

• Incorporate mindfulness techniques into individual therapy sessions, ensuring that therapeutic approaches align with clients’ mental health goals.

• Collaborate with peers and other healthcare providers to create a comprehensive and integrated treatment plan that includes therapeutic mindfulness practices.

• Maintain meticulous documentation of client assessments, therapy sessions, mindfulness interventions, and treatment updates to track client progress effectively.

• Commit to ongoing personal mindfulness practice and professional development in mindfulness-based approaches to deepen your expertise and enhance client care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse clientele, including individuals experiencing high levels of stress, anxiety, depression, trauma, or seeking guidance for personal development. Your role will be pivotal in helping clients utilize mindfulness techniques to enhance their overall mental well-being, enabling them to manage stress and lead fulfilling lives.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current active licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in Arizona.

• Strong knowledge of mindfulness-based stress reduction (MBSR) and the ability to integrate these techniques into therapeutic practices.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills that facilitate a supportive therapeutic environment for clients.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience in providing mindfulness training and leading MBSR workshops is highly preferred.

Compensation and Benefits\n
