Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive mental health assessments and screenings to identify clients' issues accurately and formulate customized treatment plans.

• Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans that cater to each client’s specific needs, goals, and preferences.

• Facilitating engaging and therapeutic individual and group therapy sessions using evidence-based methodologies to foster client growth and recovery.

• Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists and case managers, to provide integrated care and support for complex cases.

• Educating and involving clients’ family members in the therapeutic process, reinforcing the importance of a supportive home environment in the healing journey.

• Maintaining meticulous and confidential client records in compliance with all ethical and regulatory standards.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate for this role will possess the following qualifications:

• Outstanding therapeutic skills and an ability to build rapport with clients effectively, encouraging their active participation in the recovery process.

Preferred Experience\n

Additional experience in group therapy modalities, trauma-informed care practices, or experience working within community health settings will be considered a plus. Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems is also advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Fortuna Behavioral Health Center offers an annual salary of USD 80,000 – 104,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to competitive pay, we provide:
