Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to understand clients' mental health needs and collaboratively develop individualized treatment plans tailored to their goals.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy and solution-focused therapy, to facilitate effective individual, group, and family sessions.

• Collaborate closely with case managers, psychiatrists, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate comprehensive care and support for clients, ensuring that all aspects of their mental health needs are addressed.

• Provide timely crisis intervention for clients in acute distress or emergency situations, drawing on your training and experience to navigate challenging scenarios with empathy and professionalism.

You will engage with clients facing a spectrum of mental health challenges—ranging from anxiety and depression to trauma-related concerns—ensuring that each person receives culturally competent and respectful care tailored to their unique experiences.

Qualifications\n

• Possession of an active, independent license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A completed Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to build rapport and foster meaningful therapeutic relationships with clients from varying backgrounds.

• Demonstrated cultural competence with the skill to sensitively address the needs of clients from diverse ethnic, cultural, and socioeconomic groups.

Compensation and Benefits\n
