This full-time role offers a salary ranging from USD 115,000 to 130,000 annually and will allow you to make a significant impact on the lives of individuals facing mental health challenges.

Work Environment\n

As a remote position, our Mental Health Therapists enjoy the flexibility of working from home while staying connected to a collaborative team of healthcare professionals. Our operational hours are Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with some scheduling flexibility to meet patient needs. You will have access to electronic health record (EHR) systems and other technological tools that streamline your workflow and patient documentation.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to identify patients' needs and develop comprehensive, individualized treatment plans.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions for individuals, couples, and families, employing a range of modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy.

• Lead psychoeducational and support groups that encourage community support and address common mental health issues.
\n
• Collaborate effectively with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other multidisciplinary team members to provide coordinated and holistic care for each patient.

• Provide crisis intervention services to support patients during mental health emergencies, ensuring timely and appropriate responses.

• Educate patients regarding their mental health conditions, available treatment options, and community resources that can enhance their recovery.

• Maintain precise and confidential documentation that fulfills legal and ethical requirements.

• Participate in case consultations and team meetings, contributing to collaborative care discussions and ongoing professional development.

• Stay informed about the latest evidence-based practices and advancements within the field of mental health therapy.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

At Griffin Healthcare Center, our patient population comprises individuals facing a variety of mental health conditions, including but not limited to depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, and substance use disorders. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as an LICSW, LMHC, or LMFT in the state of Washington.

• In-depth knowledge of mental health disorders and evidence-based treatment modalities.
\n
• Proven track record in conducting assessments and developing effective, personalized treatment plans.

• Experience providing individual and group therapy across diverse populations.
\n
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, fostering a positive therapeutic alliance with clients.

• Strong ethical standards and professionalism in adherence to therapeutic boundaries.

• Competency in utilizing electronic health record (EHR) systems and other relevant technology.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience working in an outpatient mental health clinic or similar community health environment.

• Familiarity with additional therapeutic modalities, such as Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) or Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR).

• A history of supporting crisis intervention and emergency mental health responses.
