Work Environment\n

In this remote position, you will join a collaborative, multidisciplinary team consisting of psychiatrists, psychologists, and fellow therapists. Our outpatient practice provides a supportive environment for mental health professionals as we prioritize teamwork and communication to best meet the needs of our patients. You will have the flexibility to manage your schedule, typically from Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, while potentially accommodating patient availability and needs.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments to evaluate patients’ psychological well-being and formulate individualized treatment plans.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions, employing modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy to individuals, couples, and families.

• Facilitate psychoeducational and support groups designed to address prevalent mental health challenges, fostering a sense of community among participants.

• Collaborate closely with other mental health professionals to ensure holistic and integrated care for patients, actively participating in case consultations and team meetings.

• Deliver crisis intervention services, providing immediate support to individuals facing mental health emergencies with sensitivity and professionalism.

• Educate patients and their families about mental health issues, potential treatment options, and community resources available to enhance their recovery.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential documentation in accordance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring compliance and quality assurance.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Washington state.

• In-depth knowledge of various mental health disorders and corresponding therapeutic approaches, particularly evidence-based practices.

• Demonstrated competence in conducting mental health assessments and creating effective treatment strategies.

• Experience in delivering both individual and group therapy within diverse client populations.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a strong commitment to ethical practice.

• Proficient in using electronic health record (EHR) systems, ensuring efficiency and accuracy in client management.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Griffin Healthcare Center offers a competitive salary range of USD 115,000 to 130,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additionally, our comprehensive benefits package includes:
