Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations of clients to ascertain their mental health needs, including diagnostic assessments utilizing evidence-based practices.

• Provide one-on-one counseling tailored to clients’ specific issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use disorders, employing therapeutic techniques that best suit their circumstances.

• Facilitate group therapy sessions that promote peer support and psychoeducation, focusing on common mental health challenges, thereby enhancing community among participants.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that set measurable goals and employ therapeutic interventions aligned with the clients’ needs and preferences.

• Respond to crisis situations with immediate support, including conducting risk assessments and coordinating emergency services as necessary to ensure client safety.

• Engage in continuous professional development and stay abreast of the latest mental health research and best practices through training and seminars.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of mental health professionals, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and social workers, to provide comprehensive care and improve client outcomes.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
