Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments with clients to understand their mental health challenges, personal history, and current circumstances, which will inform the development of customized treatment plans.

• Utilize a variety of evidence-based therapeutic techniques, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to facilitate individual therapy sessions.

• Work collaboratively with clients to set achievable therapeutic goals and consistently monitor their progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to meet evolving needs.

• Provide teletherapy options to accommodate clients who find remote counseling more accessible, ensuring a broad reach within our diverse clientele.

• Maintain thorough and accurate documentation to comply with ethical and legal standards, including progress notes and treatment plans, facilitating transparency and accountability.

Qualifications\n

• Must hold a current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) , Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) , Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) , or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) .

• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology is required.

• Ability to demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build trust and rapport with clients.

• Empathy and a non-judgmental approach is essential to understand and support clients through their challenges.

• Strong organizational, time management, and prioritization skills are necessary to handle caseload effectively while meeting administrative requirements.
