Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments using evidence-based practices to develop individualized treatment plans aimed at addressing clients' unique mental health needs.

• Implement a variety of therapeutic interventions, including but not limited to cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), to guide clients toward significant positive changes.

• Maintain accurate and confidential clinical documentation, adhering to HIPAA regulations and ensuring ethical standards are consistently met.

• Engage in collaboration with a multidisciplinary treatment team, which includes psychiatrists and other mental health professionals, to provide holistic care tailored to the needs of each client.

• Participate in ongoing case consultations and peer review meetings to foster a culture of continuous learning and professional development within the team.

• Educate clients and their families about mental health conditions, treatment options, and available resources to promote understanding and resilience.

• Stay informed on emerging research and advancements in the mental health field, ensuring that practices remain at the forefront of the industry.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your clientele will encompass a diverse range of individuals facing various mental health challenges, including anxiety disorders, depressive disorders, and trauma-related issues. You will be instrumental in creating safe spaces for clients to explore their thoughts, feelings, and experiences, thus empowering them to find pathways to recovery.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited program.

• An active and valid license to practice in the state of Oregon as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• Proficient in implementing solution-focused psychotherapy techniques that meet the distinct needs of individual clients.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to establish positive therapeutic relationships and effectively engage clients.

Compensation and Benefits\n
