Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop detailed treatment plans tailored to the unique needs of each client.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to create and implement crisis intervention plans, behavioral guidelines, positive behavior support plans, and medication treatment protocols.

• Ensure timely completion of all required documentation, adhering to regulatory standards to maintain compliance.

• Utilize evidence-based screening tools for evaluating client needs in conjunction with the clinical team.

• Actively participate in the licensing and accreditation processes, ensuring that the center meets and exceeds required standards of care.

• Serve as a liaison between clients and relevant service systems, including state agencies and community partners, to facilitate resource access and enhance service delivery.

• Develop strong relationships with community resources to promote programs and secure funding and partnership opportunities.

• Engage in continuous personal and professional development by attending training sessions, conferences, and statewide meetings.

• Uphold and promote the center’s mission, values, and clinical philosophy across all interactions.

• Perform additional duties as assigned by the Clinic Director, contributing to the overall success of the team.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• Master's Degree in the mental health field from an accredited institution is required.
