Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a caseload of clients, establishing rapport and cultivating positive therapeutic relationships while upholding professional ethics and boundaries.

• Conduct regular meetings with clients to assess their progress, stability, upcoming appointments, and discuss discharge planning when appropriate.

• Develop, implement, and continuously monitor personalized treatment plans aimed at meeting the unique needs of each client.

• Maintain complete and up-to-date documentation and progress notes for each client, adhering to best practices in confidentiality and compliance.

• Carry out intake assessments to determine clients’ psychological profiles and establish initial treatment strategies.
