Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments and evaluations to identify clients' psychological needs, challenges, and aspirations.

• Develop individualized treatment plans that reflect clients' specific circumstances, integrating personal preferences and setting clear therapeutic goals.

• Respond to crisis situations with immediate intervention strategies to support clients experiencing acute mental health challenges, ensuring their safety and stability.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential client records, documenting assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, and outcome measurements in accordance with ethical standards and legal regulations.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 100,000 annually, along with a sign-on bonus.
