Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct therapeutic sessions through video conferencing platforms focusing on individual, group, and family therapy to address clients' mental health needs, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, substance abuse, trauma, and relationship challenges.

• Perform comprehensive diagnostic assessments to identify clients' issues, which will inform the creation of tailored treatment plans aimed at fostering mental health and well-being.

• Collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team of healthcare professionals—such as psychiatrists, social workers, and educators—to coordinate care and enhance the overall treatment experience for clients.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential electronic health records, adhering to HIPAA regulations, to ensure accurate documentation of client progress and treatment methodologies.

• Engage in clinical supervision and continuing education to keep abreast of best practices in mental health counseling, ultimately contributing to maintaining licensure and superior service delivery.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
