Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a caseload of diverse clients, developing and maintaining strong therapeutic relationships grounded in professional ethics.

• Document all client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes accurately and timely to comply with regulatory and organizational standards.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a closely related field is required.

• A valid, unrestricted, and active Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) certification from the state of New Jersey.
