Key Responsibilities\n

• Maintain meticulous clinical records in compliance with HIPAA and relevant regulations, ensuring confidentiality and ethical adherence in every aspect of care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our therapy services cater to a wide variety of clients, including children, adolescents, adults, and families. We focus on individuals grappling with mental health conditions such as anxiety disorders, depression, trauma, adjustment issues, and family-related challenges. Your work will be pivotal in helping clients develop coping strategies and achieve sustainable mental wellness.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree or doctoral degree from an accredited program in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Active license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of New Jersey.

• Strong knowledge of solution-focused therapy techniques and the ability to customize treatment plans based on individual therapeutic needs.

• Exemplary communication and interpersonal skills that foster trust and rapport with clients.

• Excellent problem-solving capabilities, critical thinking, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team setting.

We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 to $100,000 per year, complemented by performance-based bonuses.
