This role is primarily remote, allowing you the flexibility to provide therapeutic services from the comfort of your home. Scheduled hours are from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with some flexibility required to accommodate patients' schedules. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments for new patients to identify their unique needs, goals, and obstacles in achieving mental wellness.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans using evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Therapy, tailored to the specific mental health conditions of each patient.

• Lead psychoeducational and support groups, facilitating discussions for patients dealing with similar issues to foster a sense of community and shared experience.

• Collaborate effectively with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals to ensure coordinated care, addressing all facets of a patient’s health.

Qualifications\n

• Current and valid licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state.

Compensation and Benefits\n
