Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate clients' mental health needs, crafting individualized treatment plans that align with the specific challenges they face.

• Maintain accurate and timely case notes and progress documentation, ensuring compliance with organizational standards and state regulations.

• Engage in regular consultations with peers and supervisors, participating in team meetings to discuss challenging cases and gather insights.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will serve a wide range of clients, encompassing various age groups and presenting diverse mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship difficulties. Qualifications\n
