Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist at Clarity Counseling Collective, you will be responsible for:

• Conducting ethical and empathetic individual mental health counseling sessions through video platforms.

• Utilizing solution-focused therapeutic modalities tailored to the unique needs of each client.

• Developing comprehensive, individualized treatment plans that address specific mental health challenges and goals.

• Helping clients gain insights into their experiences, emotions, and relationships, promoting self-awareness and understanding.

• Monitoring client progress throughout the therapeutic journey, adjusting treatment methodologies as needed, and equipping clients with effective coping mechanisms.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with stable, low-acuity adults who exhibit a diverse range of mental health issues. Our client population is characterized by their willingness to engage in therapeutic practices and their desire to improve their overall quality of life. Qualifications\n

To qualify for this position, candidates must possess the following:

• A Master’s degree in a counseling-related field such as Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• A current, state-issued mental health counseling license that allows for independent practice, specifically in Arizona. Licenses accepted include LMFT, LPC, or LCSW.

• No restrictions on licensure, including no provisional licenses or past disciplinary actions.
\n
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and a genuine empathetic approach toward clients.
\n
• Strong computer literacy skills, including experience with teletherapy platforms.
\n
• A reliable internet connection and a computer equipped with webcam and audio capabilities for conducting video sessions.

Preferred Experience\n

Candidates with 2 or more years of experience in a clinical counseling setting are preferred. Experience working with diverse populations and employing various therapeutic techniques is highly regarded. Familiarity with telehealth practices is also beneficial.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This role offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 104,000 annually, commensurate with experience and hours worked. Benefits include:
