Work Environment\n

As a remote employee, you will benefit from the flexibility of working from home while remaining an integral part of our outpatient practice. Your day will typically run Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with some schedule adjustments to accommodate patient needs. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to identify the specific needs of clients.

• Develop personalized treatment plans tailored to the unique circumstances of individuals, couples, and families.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy, to foster lasting positive change.

• Maintain detailed and confidential documentation in compliance with legal and ethical requirements.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in the state of New Jersey.
\n
• Deep understanding of mental health disorders and familiarity with evidence-based treatment practices.

• Demonstrated ability to create and implement effective treatment plans based on comprehensive assessments.

• Experience providing both individual and group therapy in a variety of settings.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to establish rapport and trust with clients.

• High ethical standards and the ability to maintain professional boundaries.

• Proficiency with electronic health records (EHR) and related software applications.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Health Flow Psychological Center offers a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
