Work Environment\n

This position is set within an integrated outpatient setting where you will work predominantly from home, connecting with clients and working alongside a cohesive team of healthcare providers. Typical working hours are Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with occasional evening shifts based on patient requirements. The remote work model enables you to maintain a flexible schedule while fully engaging with our patients and their families.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments that consider the implications of medical conditions on patients' emotional and psychological well-being.

• Develop and implement tailor-made integrated treatment plans that address both psychiatric and medical needs, ensuring a holistic approach to patient care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your expertise will specifically cater to individuals facing co-occurring mental health and medical conditions. These may include, but are not limited to, patients struggling with chronic pain syndromes, managing the psychological impacts of autoimmune disorders, or addressing complications from substance use. Your role will be pivotal in bridging mental health care with general health, ultimately assisting patients in achieving a higher quality of life.

Qualifications\n

• Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Possession of a current and valid licensure as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Arizona.

• Strong understanding and proficiency in addressing the psychology of individuals with concurrent medical conditions.

• Demonstrated experience in delivering integrated care and collaborating effectively with medical professionals.

Compensation and Benefits\n
