Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments that consider how medical conditions may affect patients' psychological well-being.

• Ensure accurate and confidential documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards using electronic health record (EHR) systems.

• Participate actively in team meetings, case conferences, and interdisciplinary care planning by contributing insights from your clinical assessments.

Qualifications\n

• Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n
