Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist, your core responsibilities will include:

• Providing individual, couples, family, and group therapy to clients, utilizing evidence-based approaches to promote mental wellness.

• Conducting thorough assessments to identify client strengths, challenges, and specific treatment goals, ensuring an individualized approach to care.

• Developing and implementing tailored treatment plans based on clinical assessments and changing client needs, utilizing appropriate interventions to foster healing.

• Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams and community partners to provide comprehensive care, ensuring clients have access to necessary resources and referrals.

• Maintaining accurate and timely documentation of client progress, treatment interventions, and outcomes in compliance with ethical and legal standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse clientele, including children, adolescents, adults, and families facing a range of mental health challenges. Our clients have varying issues, from anxiety and depression to trauma and relationship difficulties. Your role will be to create meaningful therapeutic relationships that empower individuals to navigate their struggles and work towards sustainable wellness.

Qualifications\n

To successfully engage in this role, you must meet the following qualifications:

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Full licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), with no limited or provisional licenses.

• Ability to conduct thorough professional evaluations, devise meaningful treatment plans, and make informed recommendations.

• Strong interpersonal skills, demonstrating empathy and understanding while establishing rapport with clients.

• Proficiency in using digital platforms and electronic health record systems for documentation and client management.

Preferred Experience\n

While not required, the following experiences will be advantageous:

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 52,000 to USD 70,000 per year, reflective of your caseload and experience level. In addition, we provide:
