Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to establish individualized treatment plans for patients based on their unique needs and goals.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), ensuring each interaction is patient-centered and effective.

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, nurturing an environment of openness and support while addressing mental health concerns.

• Collaborate actively with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals to deliver comprehensive care that addresses multiple facets of patient well-being.

• Offer immediate crisis intervention support during mental health emergencies, being a source of empowerment and guidance for individuals seeking help.

• Stay informed about mental health trends and ongoing research to maintain the highest standard of care and enhance therapeutic approaches.

• Ensure meticulous documentation of patient interactions and treatment plans in compliance with legal and ethical standards.

• Participate in regular team meetings and case consultations to foster a culture of continuous improvement and shared learning.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse demographic, including children, adolescents, and adults facing a range of mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited program.

• Current and valid state licensure as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW.
\n
• Proven expertise in conducting mental health assessments and developing tailored therapeutic techniques.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, allowing for effective engagement with clients and staff members.

• Commitment to maintaining professional ethics and boundaries while fostering a supportive therapeutic atmosphere.

• Competency in electronic health record (EHR) systems and a solid understanding of relevant technology to support clinical practices.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience working in a community health setting, particularly with underrepresented and underserved populations.

• Demonstrated ability in providing individualized as well as group therapy sessions.

• Familiarity with various therapeutic modalities to address a spectrum of mental health issues.

• Prior involvement in crisis management interventions and developing safety plans for at-risk clients.

Compensation and Benefits\n
