Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients' mental health needs, along with the establishment of effective and individualized treatment plans tailored to promote mental and emotional well-being.

• Utilize various therapeutic modalities in one-on-one counseling sessions to promote personal growth and therapeutic progress, adapting techniques to align with the unique needs of each client.

• Set and monitor therapeutic goals, tracking client progression while making necessary modifications to treatment strategies as needed.

• Engage in teletherapy, ensuring accessibility to clients who may have geographical, physical, or logistical barriers to traditional face-to-face sessions.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation in compliance with ethical standards, driving transparency and accountability in the therapeutic process.

• Participate in continuous professional development through training, workshops, and peer consultations, cultivating both personal and professional growth.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role will primarily involve working with diverse clients who exhibit various mental health conditions, including trauma, anxiety, depression, and relational issues. Qualifications\n

• A current and validated state license as one of the following: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, demonstrating the ability to connect with clients on a personal level.

• Proficient organizational and time-management abilities to manage caseload effectively.

Compensation and Benefits\n
