Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to identify the individual needs of each patient and create tailored treatment plans that address those needs.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic techniques, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused approaches, to facilitate effective clinical interventions.

• Lead psychoeducational workshops and support groups designed to empower clients and foster community connections around shared mental health concerns.

• Work closely with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate care, ensuring comprehensive treatment approaches that address all facets of a patient’s well-being.

• Provide intervention services during mental health crises, utilizing best practices to ensure client safety and stability.

• Educate clients and their families about mental health issues, available treatment options, and resources within the community.

• Maintain meticulous documentation of client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes in accordance with legal and ethical standards.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.
