Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough initial assessments to determine client treatment needs and formulate appropriate diagnoses using the DSM V standards.

• Design individualized treatment plans that follow established clinical practice guidelines for each diagnosis, ensuring comprehensive and tailored care.

• Deliver individual therapy sessions utilizing various therapeutic models, including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), behavior modification, and brief therapy, depending on client needs.

• Provide clinical supervision and mentorship to junior mental health workers and therapy assistants, fostering their professional development and enhancing team performance.

• Collaborate with healthcare professionals and community resources to develop cross system plans that address the holistic needs of clients.
\n
• Respond effectively to crisis situations, assessing the urgency of clients’ needs and coordinating appropriate interventions and services.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes using electronic medical records systems.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
