Key Responsibilities\n

• Collaborate with fellow therapists and psychiatric providers to deliver comprehensive care to clients, optimizing treatment outcomes.

• Conduct mental health assessments adhering to the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders V (DSM V) criteria to formulate accurate diagnoses.

• Develop individualized treatment plans incorporating evidence-based practices to guide therapy sessions, ensuring replication of best practices in mental health care.

• Utilize therapy modalities such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), behavior modification, and brief therapy techniques during client sessions.

• Provide consistent, evidence-based therapeutic care through weekly live video sessions to adults experiencing diverse emotional challenges.

• Implement automatically administered symptom self-assessments and functional improvement scales to continuously adjust treatment plans based on measurable outcomes.
