Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments of individuals, families, and groups to develop tailored treatment plans that address unique client needs.

• Initiate and execute therapeutic interventions, utilizing methodologies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and other evidence-based practices effectively.

• Communicate and collaborate with colleagues across disciplines, participating in regular patient care meetings to ensure coordinated and holistic approaches to client treatment.

• Maintain precise and timely documentation of assessments, interventions, and treatment progress, adhering to departmental standards and ethical practices.

• Manage a caseload of patients, providing case management that involves consultation and collaboration with community resources and professionals to optimize client care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients, including children, adolescents, adults, and families, presenting various mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. Your approach will be client-centered, focusing on building rapport, understanding each patient’s unique circumstances, and promoting their autonomy and empowerment throughout their therapeutic journey.

Qualifications\n

• Applicants must hold a valid license as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in the state of Arizona.

• A Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field is required; further education and training are advantageous.

• A minimum of two years of clinical experience is desirable, particularly in outpatient mental health counseling settings.

Compensation and Benefits\n
