Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual, couples, and family therapy sessions, adapting your approach to meet the diverse needs of clients from various backgrounds and age groups.

• Develop comprehensive, personalized treatment plans that are aligned with the clients' goals and therapeutic needs, regularly reviewing and adjusting plans based on client progress and feedback.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our therapists engage with a diverse clientele that includes adolescents facing transitional challenges, adults managing anxiety, depression, trauma, and co-occurring disorders. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field with a valid active license in Pennsylvania as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW.

• Proficient in mental health interventions, evidenced by the ability to implement various therapeutic techniques effectively.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 90,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
