Work Environment\n

This role is designed for a full-time mental health therapist who will be working remotely while also having the option to utilize our outpatient office in Phoenix when needed. You will follow a structured Monday to Friday schedule from 9 AM to 5 PM, providing you with work-life balance while maintaining a steady workflow of client engagements.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients to understand their mental health needs and collaboratively set treatment goals.

• Deliver engaging therapy sessions that employ evidence-based practices focusing on prevention and recovery while tailoring your approach to meet individual client needs.

• Develop, implement, and regularly review comprehensive treatment plans that encompass measurable outcomes and address the unique challenges faced by each client.

• Coordinate with other healthcare providers, including psychiatrists and family physicians, to ensure integrated and holistic care.

• Maintain meticulous documentation in accordance with state and federal regulations while managing a full caseload of clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse population of clients ranging from adolescents to adults facing a variety of mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Your ability to adapt your therapeutic techniques to meet the needs of each individual client will be paramount in facilitating their recovery and overall well-being.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree or doctoral degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or a closely related field is required.

• Current, active licensure in Arizona as either an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT.

• Demonstrated expertise in solution-focused therapy techniques and a strong grasp of various therapeutic modalities to meet patient needs.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 100,000 to 110,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
