Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct ethical and compassionate individual therapy sessions with clients via video, focusing on their unique mental health needs.

• Assess and identify behavioral and mental health challenges faced by stable, low-acuity adults, establishing tailored therapy goals and objectives.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree or higher in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• A current and active state license that allows you to practice independently, with accepted licenses including:

• Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)

• Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)
\n
• Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)

• Psychologist (PsyD)
\n
\n
• No disciplinary actions on your license.
\n
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and a compassionate approach to client interactions.

• Competency in utilizing technology for teletherapy.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this full-time position ranges from USD 115,000 to 130,000 per year, dependent on your working hours and experience. In addition to competitive pay, we offer:
