Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct in-depth assessments to evaluate the severity and impact of mood disorders such as depression, bipolar disorder, and anxiety in clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist with Century Road, you will primarily work with individuals facing mood disorders, including various forms of depression, anxiety, and bipolar disorder. Our patient population is diverse, encompassing different ages, backgrounds, and experiences. You will play a pivotal role in providing compassionate care, fostering resilience, and supporting clients in their journey toward improved mental health.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as either an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in Arizona.

• Demonstrated expertise in evidence-based treatment approaches for mood disorders, particularly CBT and DBT.

• Strong understanding of psychopharmacology to effectively collaborate with psychiatrists in treatment planning.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to establish rapport and trust with clients.
