Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide high-quality individual, family, and group therapy sessions tailored to the unique needs of clients.

• Conduct comprehensive initial assessments and ongoing evaluations to monitor clients' progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.

• Develop individualized treatment plans that incorporate client feedback and support their long-term wellness goals.

• Engage actively in multidisciplinary team meetings to collaborate on comprehensive treatment strategies and share vital insights regarding client care.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques and methodologies to address mental health symptoms and promote emotional regulation.

• Document all client interactions and treatment progress meticulously to ensure compliance with state regulations and organizational policies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with clients coping with substance use and various mental health disorders, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relational issues. Your therapeutic approach will incorporate family dynamics, allowing you to address not only the individuals but also the systems that impact their wellbeing. By engaging with diverse groups impacted by socioeconomic disparities, you will play a pivotal role in tackling the barriers to accessing mental health services.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field.

• Current, valid licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Psychologist (PsyD) in the state of Oregon.

• Ability to maintain licensure that is in good standing, free from sanctions.
\n
• Willingness to commit to fulfilling necessary pre-employment requirements, including background and drug screenings, tuberculosis screening, and reference checks.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience working within a community health clinic or a similar environment, preferably with a focus on diverse and underserved populations.

• Familiarity with various therapeutic approaches and adaptability to client-centered care.

• Experience conducting group therapy and supporting clients through evidence-based interventions.

Compensation and Benefits\n
