Work Environment\n

The position is fully remote, allowing for flexibility in your work schedule, although we primarily operate from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct in-depth mental health assessments to understand patients' unique cultural and personal backgrounds, tailoring treatment plans accordingly.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques in individual, family, and group therapy sessions, demonstrating a keen understanding of cultural responsiveness.

• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to coordinate comprehensive care for each patient.

• Provide crisis intervention services during emergencies, ensuring timely support and appropriate care.
\n
• Educate patients and their families about mental health disorders, available treatment options, and community resources, empowering them in their journey toward recovery.

• Maintain accurate and secure patient documentation as per legal and ethical standards, ensuring confidentiality is upheld.

• Participate actively in team meetings and case conferences, offering insights and updates on patient progress.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure in Texas as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• Demonstrated expertise in mental health disorders and therapeutic interventions, particularly those that are culturally competent and inclusive.

• Experience providing evidence-based therapy to diverse populations, integrating cultural considerations into treatment plans.

• Strong skills in crisis intervention, maintaining composure in challenging situations while providing essential support.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to connect authentically with clients from varied backgrounds.

• Proficiency with electronic health record (EHR) systems, ensuring that documentation practices are efficient and secure.
