Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough and culturally sensitive mental health assessments, taking into account patients’ backgrounds and life experiences to craft personalized treatment plans.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions, adapting techniques to meet individual patient needs and facilitate their healing process.

• Facilitate individual, family, and group therapy sessions designed to address a wide array of mental health concerns, fostering resilience and personal growth in patients.

• Collaborate effectively with other healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to ensure cohesive and comprehensive patient care.

• Provide crisis intervention and support services during mental health emergencies, utilizing strong de-escalation techniques and resources.

• Educate patients and their families about mental health issues, treatment modalities, and available community resources, empowering them to take charge of their mental health.

Qualifications\n

• Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited college or university.

• Current and valid licensure as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW within the state of Texas.
