Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to develop personalized treatment plans, tailored to the unique needs of each client.

• Provide individual therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Mindfulness-Based Therapy.

• Consult and collaborate with community resources, including schools and local organizations, to facilitate referrals and enhance service delivery.

• Support clients and their families in developing communication strategies and resources that improve mental health outcomes.

• Assist in administering specialized programs focusing on alcohol and sexual abuse, ensuring the best care for affected clients.

• Educate clients and their families about behavioral and medical health concerns to foster adherence to treatment plans.

• Document client progress and treatment plans thoroughly in a timely manner to ensure compliance with legal and ethical standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our therapists serve a wide range of clients, including children, adolescents, and adults grappling with various mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Qualifications\n

• Master’s Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• A minimum of two (2) years of experience providing direct counseling or therapy services within a clinical setting.

Compensation and Benefits\n
