Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide individual, family, and group therapy sessions tailored to client needs.

• Conduct comprehensive initial assessments and continuous evaluations to inform treatment plans.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment strategies, ensuring ongoing modifications based on clients' progress.

• Engage actively in multi-disciplinary team meetings to enhance treatment approaches and assure continuity of care.

• Document therapy sessions comprehensively in our electronic health record (EHR) system, adhering to compliance standards and best practices.

• Facilitate support groups and workshops focused on recovery and mental health education.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The primary clientele consists of individuals struggling with substance abuse alongside various mental health disorders such as anxiety, depression, PTSD, and other related conditions. This role requires sensitivity and competence in addressing the intricacies of co-occurring disorders, applying specialized therapeutic techniques tailored to diverse backgrounds and experiences.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• A current and valid license in good standing as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Psychologist (PsyD).

• Must pass pre-employment requirements, including a tuberculosis screening, background check, drug screening, and reference checks.

Preferred Experience\n

• Demonstrated experience in the treatment of substance use disorders and co-occurring mental health conditions.

Compensation and Benefits\n
