Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments, including diagnostic interviews, to gain insights into clients' mental health needs, enabling the development of personalized treatment plans.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), or other relevant modalities, to individuals, families, and groups.

• Collaborate proactively with case managers, psychiatrists, and other healthcare professionals to offer coordinated care, attending multidisciplinary meetings and contributing to case discussions.

• Implement crisis intervention strategies, responding with empathy and expertise to clients in acute emotional distress or emergencies.

• Participate in community outreach initiatives, engaging in activities that promote mental health awareness and encourage individuals to seek support when needed.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our mental health therapists work with a wide-ranging patient population, including children, adolescents, and adults, from various socio-economic backgrounds. Qualifications\n

• A valid independent and active license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n
