Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments to identify client needs, strengths, and areas for growth.

• Design and implement individualized treatment plans, adapting therapeutic approaches based on client feedback and treatment efficacy.

• Facilitate engaging and effective individual therapy sessions using modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or Solution-Focused Therapy.

• Establish specific therapeutic goals in collaboration with clients to monitor progress and encourage accountability.
\n
• Provide teletherapy services to clients experiencing barriers to in-person care, ensuring equitable access to mental health services.

• Maintain precise and thorough documentation of client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes to comply with ethical guidelines and organizational protocols.

• Participate in regular clinical supervision and continuing professional development opportunities to enhance your therapeutic skills and broaden your knowledge base.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role as a mental health counselor will predominantly involve working with diverse populations experiencing mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and other emotional struggles. You will be instrumental in providing support that facilitates healing, resilience, and empowerment among clients of various ages and backgrounds.

Qualifications\n

• Current and valid state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A minimum of a Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.
