Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough trauma-informed mental health assessments, meticulously evaluating clients' trauma histories and identifying personalized treatment pathways.

• Collaborate with clients to develop and implement tailored treatment plans that focus on trauma recovery, resilience-building, and the overall improvement of their mental health.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques, including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), to facilitate healing and emotional growth.

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions aimed at helping clients process their trauma experiences and develop effective coping strategies.

• Work closely with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to coordinate comprehensive and integrated care for clients.

• Provide immediate support and crisis intervention during trauma-related emergencies, demonstrating a calm and composed presence in high-stress situations.

• Educate clients and their families on trauma responses, coping mechanisms, and strategies for managing anxiety and stress.

• Maintain accurate, detailed, and confidential clinical documentation in accordance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring compliance with health regulations.

• Engage in regular case consultations, participate in team meetings, and invest in professional development activities focused on advancing trauma-informed practices.

• Remain informed about the latest research and best practices in trauma therapy to continually enhance your therapeutic offerings.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on individuals impacted by trauma, including those facing conditions such as PTSD, complex trauma, and dissociative disorders. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the state of Texas.

• Strong foundational knowledge of trauma-related disorders and an understanding of trauma-informed treatment modalities.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, demonstrating a compassionate and non-judgmental approach in client interactions.

• Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems and relevant computer applications.

• Ability to collaborate effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team, enhancing patient care through integrated approaches.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The position offers a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 to 100,000 annually.
