Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct culturally sensitive, strength-based assessments for new patients and their families, ensuring an understanding of their unique backgrounds and mental health needs.

• Provide individualized and family-centered therapy sessions based on comprehensive therapy plans developed from initial assessments.

• Document all client interactions accurately and timely, including the completion of billing and insurance authorization forms, to support seamless operational processes.

• Create and implement crisis plans, wellness plans, and relapse prevention plans to assist patients in maintaining stable mental health and preventing future issues.

• Collaborate with clients to develop thorough discharge plans that take into account aftercare and continued support.

• Adhere meticulously to all federal and state regulations and Serenity Peaks policies to ensure compliance and ethical practice.

• Engage in ongoing professional development through training programs and educational courses to enhance clinical skills and knowledge.
\n
• Participate in regular case consultations, contributing to agency meetings and fostering a culture of shared learning.

• Complete all licensure and mandatory training to maintain professional credentials and up-to-date practice.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with diverse client populations, including children, adults, couples, and families dealing with various mental health challenges. Your therapeutic approach will be tailored to meet individual needs, focusing on areas such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship difficulties. By providing culturally competent care, you will build strong therapeutic relationships that empower clients to engage actively in their treatment journey.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field that is requisite for licensure.

• A valid and active license as a Licensed Mental Health Therapist (LPC, LMFT, LCSW) in the state of Texas.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary range of $80,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with licensure and experience.
