Work Environment\n

This position is primarily remote, allowing great flexibility while still requiring occasional access to our outpatient office facility as needed. Key Responsibilities\n

The patient population primarily consists of individuals experiencing a variety of mental health conditions, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and adjustment disorders. Our clients reflect the diverse cultural and socioeconomic backgrounds of the Woodbridge, Virginia area, and therapists are expected to adapt their approaches to meet the differing needs of each individual.

Qualifications\n

• Possession of an active state license: Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A Master’s or doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a closely related field.
