Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct in-depth assessments to accurately identify clients’ mental health requirements and collaboratively develop tailored treatment plans that address these needs.

• Deliver individual, group, and family therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based methodologies designed to promote psychological well-being and stability.

• Monitor and document clients' progress towards treatment objectives, consistently evaluating the effectiveness of interventions and making necessary adjustments to therapeutic strategies.

• Provide immediate support during crisis situations by crafting comprehensive safety plans and engaging in de-escalation techniques.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams and community resources to ensure integrated and comprehensive care for clients.

• Maintain detailed clinical records in accordance with professional and ethical standards, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with legal regulations.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be to empower clients from a wide range of backgrounds, dealing with various mental health challenges. You will intervene with individuals, couples, and families, providing therapeutic strategies that cater to the diverse needs of our patient population. Clients may present with issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship concerns, and your role will be pivotal in fostering trust and advocacy as they navigate their healing journeys.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree or Doctorate in Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Social Work, or a closely related field.

• Current and valid licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• A minimum of two years experience providing mental health therapy to individuals, couples, and families.
