Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients to develop tailored treatment plans that address individual needs and goals.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), to support clients in achieving mental health improvement.

• Provide continuous support and guidance to clients through regular online therapy sessions, ensuring they feel heard and valued.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of therapy sessions, treatment progress, and any necessary follow-ups using our digital health record systems.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on providing therapeutic intervention to adults struggling with a range of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and stress-related disorders. We serve a diverse client base, so your ability to adapt your therapeutic approach to meet various cultural and personal backgrounds is key to fostering positive therapeutic alliances.

Qualifications\n

• A master’s level degree in social work, counseling, marriage and family therapy, psychology, or a related field from a regionally accredited institution.

• An active, unrestricted license to practice in your state, such as LCSW, LMFT, or LPCC.

• A clean professional record with no disciplinary actions taken by a licensing board.

• Demonstrated proficiency in written communication for the documentation of therapy sessions.

Preferred Experience\n

• Minimum of two years of clinical experience providing psychotherapy to adults.

• Training in additional evidence-based practices or specialties beyond CBT.
