Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive initial assessments, utilizing standardized screening tools to gather critical data on client mental health.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The Licensed Mental Health Therapist will work with a diverse population, which includes adults, children, and families at various stages of their mental health journey. Common presenting concerns include anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and behavioral challenges. Your expertise will help these individuals navigate their mental health issues and equip them with the tools necessary for recovery and resilience.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• An active license in California as an LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT is required.

• Demonstrated proficiency in therapeutic techniques, with at least two years of experience in a clinical setting, particularly focused on crisis counseling and outpatient therapy.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities, complemented by strong organizational and analytical skills that will support client case management.

• A solid understanding of established policies, treatment protocols, and an ability to make informed decisions promptly.

Compensation and Benefits\n
