Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough and ongoing assessments to understand clients' mental health challenges, formulate clinical diagnoses, and create individualized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices.

• Lead therapy sessions for individuals, groups, and families employing a variety of therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or Person-Centered Therapy, tailored to each client’s specific context.

• Implement crisis intervention strategies to support clients during acute mental health crises, ensuring timely and effective support in line with ethical treatment standards.

• Document and maintain accurate, confidential client records—including treatment plans, progress notes, and assessment results—while complying with HIPAA regulations and ethical guidelines.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists and social workers, to coordinate comprehensive and effective client care.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
