Key Responsibilities\n

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on comprehensive assessments of client needs, ensuring regular revisions during treatment planning meetings.

• Conduct thorough safety assessments of both the environment and the patient’s condition, proactively identifying and addressing potential risks, including suicidal tendencies and other crises.

• Facilitate therapeutic counseling sessions through structured evidence-based approaches, employing modalities that resonate with our diverse client base.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation for all patient interactions, assessments, and therapeutic progress, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards.
