The role of the Licensed Mental Health Therapist is primarily remote, which provides a flexible and comfortable working environment while still allowing direct interactions with clients via telehealth platforms. However, therapists may also engage with clients from our outpatient office as needed. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to evaluate client needs, determining acuity, strengths, and treatment requirements.

• Design and implement individualized treatment plans that are culturally sensitive and family-centered, providing outpatient services such as individual and family counseling.

• Utilize trauma-informed care practices to support clients in their healing journey.

• Collaborate effectively with an interdisciplinary team, ensuring continuity of care and effective service coordination.

• Document clinical notes, treatment plans, and assessments in compliance with regulatory and organizational standards, ensuring all documentation is thorough and completed promptly.

• Manage a designated caseload, providing timely crisis intervention and continuous support as necessary to meet client needs.

• Engage in ongoing professional development and participate in supervision and peer review processes.

• Complete other duties as assigned by management.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist at Two Chairs, you will work with a diverse clientele, including children, adolescents, adults, and families experiencing various mental health challenges, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers an annual salary ranging from $120,000 to $130,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
